Thunderbird Road is restricted between 19th and 21st Avenues as officers continue to investigate the scene of the collision, the department said. There was no estimated time of reopening provided.

Officers responded to the scene near the intersection of 19th Avenue and Thunderbird Road after a call came in reporting a collision with injuries, police said. The arriving officers found a motorcyclist with injuries after colliding with a grey sedan.

The motorcyclist was traveling westbound on Thunderbird Road when he collided with a woman driving the sedan who was making a left turn into an apartment complex, officers said.
