Governor Ducey concerned about patients at Hacienda Healthcare
Last week the state of Arizona announced it is issuing a notice of intent to revoke the license for Hacienda Healthcare's Phoenix facility. This comes after maggots were discovered under a patient's bandages. The governor expressed concern about the patients at the facility that came under fire last year after an incapacitated patient was raped and gave birth to a baby boy.
