PHOENIX — There's a sweet spot in Phoenix where you can indulge your sweet tooth or even learn to make your chocolate!
Owner Judith Aram created the Midge Chocolate Company because she is passionate about making delicious and nutritious chocolate. She works directly with cacao farmers worldwide and makes her chocolate products from scratch straight from the cacao pod.
Aram said her chocolate recipe is healthier, vegan, and low-sugar or sugar-free because it's simple and natural.
Her signature is spreads but she's also been coming up with new creations such as hot cocoa mix and chocolate-covered dates.
You can even sign up for "Cacao Sessions" and Aram will teach you how to make your very own chocolate bar the unique way that she does. Those interested can contact her to make an appointment on their website.
Aram is also not just an artist with chocolate but also with paint! You can see her paintings throughout her Phoenix store and she also teaches art lessons.
