Ticket prices sky high for final Arizona Coyotes game in Tempe

The Arizona Coyotes are set to move to Utah, with an official sale coming as soon as this week. Ahead of their final game in Arizona, ticket prices are skyrocketing.

TEMPE, Ariz. — Fans are rallying the Valley to watch the Arizona Coyotes play in Tempe at Mullett Arena for the last time on April 17. But just how much are you willing to pay to see hockey in the desert?

According to Ticketmaster, the cheapest verified resale ticket is for standing room only and costs a whopping $593.29 (including fees), as of Monday afternoon. However, that price is down from $840 on Sunday. But the tickets go up in price from there. The cheapest seat available is selling for $820.75 The most expensive seat costs $2,462.25. And act fast, because only 4,600 seats are available and many people are looking to make it to the game.  

Don't expect a discount if you're looking to hop into the ticket resale market. As of Monday afternoon, the cheapest ticket on SeatGeek is going $577 and is a standing-room-only ticket. Prices for a seat are going for anywhere between $588 and $34,355 (including fees). 

Tickets on StubHub are going for anywhere between $577 to $36,704 (including fees). 

On VividSeats, standing-room-only tickets are selling for $450. Tickets for seats range from $455 to $31,200.  

If you are one of the lucky few to be inside for the game, fans are looking to send off the Coyotes with a whiteout.  

If you aren't able to get tickets, fans are also looking to organize a gathering outside of Mullett Arena to show support for the team one final time.
