On Nov. 1, the Arizona Sports Hall of Fame will honor its 2017 class, and it includes some pretty iconic names.
Among those joining the Hall of Fame this year are Arizona Cardinals owner Bill Bidwill, former Arizona Coyotes captain Shane Doan and Phoenix Suns Ring of Honor member and current GCU Head Coach Dan Majerle.
This trio has been a part of several milestones and accomplishments that have helped define the past few decades of Arizona sports.
From the Cardinals incredible Super Bowl run in 2008-09 to Dan Majerle’s incredible performances with the Suns, you can't talk about Valley sports without discussing these men.
And let’s not forget about the amazing two-decade career of Shane Doan, who became the face of the franchise and Arizona.
The other two inductees this year include sports journalist Paola Boivin and ASU wrestler Anthony Robles.
