Truck fire causes delays on I-10 westbound in Avondale

Flames and thick black smoke can be seen coming from a semi.

AVONDALE, Ariz. — A semi caught on fire on I-10 in Avondale Wednesday and caused some traffic delays. 

Flames and thick black smoke could be seen coming from the semi on the Arizona Department of Transportation's traffic camera.

No injuries were reported, officials with the Arizona Department of Public Safety said.
