Woman, 3 teens in critical condition following north Phoenix crash

The fire department said the two-vehicle crash happened Wednesday night near Tatum Boulevard and Pinnacle Peak Road.

PHOENIX — Several people, including multiple teens, have been rushed to the hospital following a crash in north Phoenix, according to authorities.

The Phoenix Fire Department said the two-vehicle crash happened Wednesday night near Tatum Boulevard and Pinnacle Peak Road.

An adult woman, two teen girls and a teen boy are hospitalized in critical condition, said Capt. Todd Keller, the public information officer for the fire department.

At least one person had to extricated from a vehicle. 

The crash is being investigated by the Phoenix Police Department.

12News has a crew en route to the crash and is working to gather more information.
