GILBERT, Ariz. — UPDATE: The Gibert Police Department has safely reunited the boy with his family after officers say he wandered out the front door.

The Gilbert Police Department said a young boy was found wandering alone on Thursday.
Officers were looking to get the boy back to his family.
He was found wandering in the area of San Remo and Sailors Way, north of Guadalupe between Lindsay and Val Vista.
