PHOENIX — A woman is in the hospital following a shooting in central Phoenix, police said.
Phoenix police officers were called out to the area near Osborn Road and Central Avenue for a shooting. When officers got to the scene, they found a woman with a gunshot wound.
The woman was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
No suspects have been identified "at this time," police said. Police did not release the identity of the woman or what led up to the shooting.
