Valley police arrest alleged drug dealer found high on his own supply

A man was found by police passed out in a car, which turned out to be stolen. That led to officers finding drugs and more in the car. Here are the latest details.

PEORIA, Ariz. — A West Valley man has been arrested after being found passed out in a stolen car and high on drugs he was planning to sell, according to authorities. 

Peoria police say they were called to the area near the intersection of 91st and Olive avenues on Feb. 19 due to someone seeing the man, identified as 33-year-old Jordan Gonzales, passed out in the car, which turned out to be stolen. 

After helping Gonzales, police found more than 101 grams of cocaine, 200 fentanyl pills, 39 grams of meth, 26 grams of heroin, nine ecstasy pills and a gun with 19 rounds of ammunition. 

He was arrested and charged with possession of dangerous drugs, narcotic drugs drug paraphernalia and a weapon while having a drug offense. Gonzales was also charged with being a prohibited possessor and selling dangerous drugs and narcotic drugs along with forgery.
