Buyer raised asking price on Mesa home veteran lost over tax dispute
The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office auctioned off a Mesa veteran's home because he owed a little over $200 in back taxes. It's a mix-up between MCSO and the Maricopa County Treasurer's Office. While there is a lot of community support for the man, the buyer doesn't want to sell the home back.
