Legislator David Stringer accused of paying for sex with boys in the '80s, documents say
Former Arizona State Representative David Stringer paid for sex with underage boys, one of them mentally disabled, after inviting them to his Baltimore apartment in the early 1980s, according to police and court reports obtained during the House Ethics Committee's investigation of Stringer.
