It will be assigned to a volunteer who will contact you within a week. Volunteers work Mondays-Fridays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Call 12 For Action helps solve consumer problems. The Call 12 office does not handle employer/employee, homeowner's association or governmental issues.
Our experience has shown that most cases take several weeks to reach a resolution. While our volunteers have a lot of success, we cannot solve every problem.
