PHOENIX — Former Arizona State University and NFL star Terrell Suggs was indicted by a grand jury on charges related to an incident outside a Starbucks in Scottsdale.

According to court documents, Suggs was charged with one count of threatening and intimidating and another for disorderly conduct with a weapon. The charges are from the March 10 altercation.

Scottsdale police arrested Suggs on April 9 for the incident that reportedly occurred in March. Suggs was then booked into Maricopa County Jail.

Court documents reveal Suggs was involved in the incident at a Starbucks drive-thru in Scottsdale. According to the documents, Suggs was driving a black Range Rover and backed into another car in the drive-thru. Suggs and the driver of the other vehicle then got into a verbal altercation.

Before Suggs drove away, he reportedly showed the victim a gun in his possession. Documents say the incident was captured on dashcam video and the victim then notified police.

Suggs is a former Cardinals and Ravens linebacker during his time in the NFL. He also played college football at Arizona State University and high school football at Hamilton.
