Vallow was convicted of murdering her two children, as well as conspiring to kill Tammy Daybell and sentenced to life in prison in 2023. She is currently in Arizona, where she is expected to face charges of conspiracy to murder her fourth husband, Charles Vallow, and her niece's ex-husband, Brandon Boudreaux.

In addition to charges of conspiracy to commit murder and first-degree murder, Daybell faces two counts of insurance fraud and one count of grand theft.

Daybell's trial is scheduled for April 1, 2024, at 9 a.m. at the Ada County Courthouse in Boise.

If convicted, Daybell could be sentenced to death after the Fremont County district court judge struck down two motions from his defense team's attempt to have the form of punishment removed.
