A girl waiting for a bus in Tempe was inappropriately touched by a man at the bus stop, according to court documents.
Police say a 16-year-old girl was waiting for the bus at Priest Drive and Southern Avenue Thursday afternoon.
A man at the bus stop touched the girl's leg and groin area, the girl told police, according to court documents.
The girl called her mother and called police, who arrested Kareem Shuler across the street from the bus stop. The girl identified him as the man who touched her, according to documents.
Shuler admitted to police he touched the victim's back, arm and legs, according to court documents.
Shuler was charged on one count of sexual abuse and held on several outstanding warrants.
