Three people, a mom and two teens, were able to escape a house fire overnight, according to the Chandler Fire Department.
Chandler fire said the home near Riggs and Lindsay roads was a total loss. The fire started in the garage and damaged three vehicles. The mom and two teens were able to make it out without injuries, Chandler FD said.
The cause is unknown at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
