SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Former ASU and NFL star Terrell Suggs was arrested in Scottsdale Tuesday.

According to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, Suggs, 41, was arrested and faces charges of threatening and intimidating and disorderly conduct with a weapon.

Scottsdale police arrested him on April 9 for an incident that reportedly occurred on March 10. Suggs was then booked into Maricopa County Jail. As of Wednesday morning, he was no longer in custody.

Court documents reveal Suggs was involved in an incident at a Starbucks drive-thru in Scottsdale. According to the documents, Suggs was driving a black Range Rover and backed into another car in the drive-thru. Suggs and the driver of the other vehicle then got into a verbal altercation.

Before Suggs drove away, he reportedly showed the victim a gun in his possession. Documents say the incident was captured on dashcam video and the victim then notified police.

Suggs is a former Cardinals and Ravens linebacker during his time in the NFL. He also played college football at Arizona State University and high school football at Hamilton.
