The Rolling Stones choose Phoenix as one of 13 U.S. cities for 2019 tour

You can't always get what you want, but sometimes The Rolling Stones make a tour stop in your hometown. 

The legendary rock band chose to include Phoenix in its 2019 No Filter stadium tour across 13 American cities. 

Mick Jagger, Keith Richards Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood will take the stage at State Farm Stadium in Glendale on May 7.

According to a release from the band, this will be the first time The Stones will play in the Phoenix area in over a decade.  

The No Filter setlist includes classic Stones hits such as “Sympathy For The Devil,” “Paint It Black,” “Brown Sugar,” “Miss You,” and more.

Tickets for the May 7 show will go on sale Friday, Nov. 30 at 10 a.m. on the Ticketmaster website. A presale exclusive for American Express card members will start Nov. 28.
