PHOENIX — Phoenix police have arrested a suspect following a deadly shooting earlier this month.
Police said Andrew Ormsby, 22, was arrested on Feb. 28 in connection with the shooting of 24-year-old Roy Orozco.
Orozco was found dead in a Phoenix alleyway on Feb. 22, according to officials with the Phoenix Police Department.
Officers were called to the area of 27th Avenue and Camelback Road and found the man with a gunshot wound. Orozco was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
