If you're in the market for a 500,000-plus-square-foot entertainment development, there's an option in the West Valley for you.

Westgate Entertainment District is up for sale by development management company CBRE, listed at $142 million.

The development, which opened in 2006, sits right next to Gila River Arena, the Arizona Coyotes' home, and just across the street is the Cardinals' University of Phoenix Stadium.

Westgate is filled with restaurants and bars, mixed in with some retail shops and a 20-screen AMC movie theater. There's also more than 150,000 square feet of office space, the release said.

Westgate recently finished loft-style multifamily units in some buildings, and bundled with the entertainment center is 30 more acres of land for more development.
