PHOENIX - Rich Wellbrock is leaving Desert Edge for Basha.
Thursday morning, Basha announced the hiring of Wellbrock as the Bears' new head football coach.

Wellbrock will be replacing Gerald Todd, who stepped down as Basha's head coach in early November.
Basha finished last season with a 3-8 record, while Desert Edge went 10-3, losing to Centennial in the playoffs.
