How one man's big dream to keep a town alive became a reality

If you're driving on Interstate 94 in North Dakota, there's a good chance you'll at some point come across an exit for the Enchanted Highway. This 32 mile stretch of road is lined with seven massive sculptures that were built in hopes of keeping the tiny town of Regent, South Dakota, alive.
