Valley chef reminds people to tell their families how much they love them
Alex Marquez loved cooking, even quitting his engineering job to cook at his brother's restaurant at the Indigo Crow. On Alex's first day at the restaurant, a boiling kettle of water exploded burning 80% of Alex's body. Alex later died from his injuries.
