Those Who Serve: Phoenix PD give Valley veteran ramp for his home
84-year-old Eli Flores received a ramp for his home from Phoenix PD, Thursday. The officers say they saw the Korean War vet in need and worked with Operation Enduring Gratitude to rebuild the ramp for Eli.
