Worker trapped on scaffolding at Phoenix construction site
A worker became trapped on scaffolding after cinder blocks fell from a nearby stack at a construction site near Osborn and 37th Avenue in Phoenix. The worker was transported to a local trauma center in stable condition according to Phoenix Fire.
