Volunteers needed to 'calm the canines' this New Years Eve
Volunteers are needed at the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control from 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. New Years Eve at both shelters, and bring a blanket or chair, a book to read or an instrument to play.
