Video shows possible misconduct by Phoenix PD after shoplifting incident
The Phoenix Police Department is investigating allegations of misconduct made against officers in a June 11 incident near East Roosevelt and North 32nd streets. Cell phone video shows a tense scene as police try to detain Dravon Ames and his fiance Iesha Harper. The family plans to sue the police department. Phoenix PD has declined to comment saying they don't comment on cases with pending litigation.
