A second Phoenix police officer was involved in a crash Thursday. The accident happened at 16th St. and Georgia Ave. in Phoenix. Injuries are reported to be minor. Phoenix police officer Paul Rutherford died in an unrelated accident on Thursday morning at 76th Ave. and Indian School Rd.
