Phoenix mayor, city councilman defend Phoenix officers' Facebook posts
The offensive Facebook posts were uncovered by an independent study of several big-city police departments. In Phoenix, most of the posts were from just 10 officers. Mayor Kate Gallego defended the city's cops, along with Councilman Sal DiCiccio. DiCiccio said most of the posts were offensive only to "snowflakes".
