Mother of 11-year-old girl impregnated by 20-year-old says she will have the baby
The mother of an 11-year-old Phoenix girl who was impregnated by a 20-year-old man says the girl will have the baby. She also told 12 News that she reported the suspect multiple times before, but little was done. Phoenix PD says they are doing an internal investigation.
