Immigrant center worker accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl
Fernando Magaz Negrete is accused of inappropriately touching a 14-year-old girl being housed at the Southwest Key facility. Her roommates told investigators that he had gone into the room multiple times June 27 to kiss and touch the girl.
