'He's a hero', Phoenix Police Chief Jeri Williams remembers fallen Officer Paul Rutherford
Phoenix police Officer Paul Rutherford was struck and killed last week while responding to a car accident. Before going to pay final respects at his funeral Thursday, Phoenix Police Chief Jeri Williams remembered Rutherford as a hero and thanked him for his service.
