Gilbert mom finds nasty note while running errands with daughter with disabilities
An East Valley mom is blasting back, after finding a nasty note on her windshield criticizing her for parking in a handicapped spot. The Gilbert mom was criticized, while at a Chandler Walmart, to buy a toy for her daughter, who has Cerebral Palsy.
