AZ Corp. Commission to hold emergency session to discuss power shutoffs

The Arizona Corporation Commission announced Wednesday that they are taking charge of an investigation and policy discussion into power shut-offs for people with late bills in the summer. This comes after the revelation that one Sun City customer died last year after her power was shut-off over a $50 balance on her APS bill. The session is scheduled for Thursday.
