Too many migrants lead to state of emergency in Yuma
The border town of Yuma, AZ is seeing an influx of migrants into the city, and the mayor says enough is enough. Mayor Douglas Nicholls declared a state of emergency Wednesday, saying his city can't handle the number of migrants being dropped off in the city.
