Teen suspect accused of communicating with ISIS
The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is teaming up with the FBI to investigate a Fountain Hills teen and his ties to ISIS. Ismail Hamed was arrested after he was shot by a deputy when Hamed started throwing rocks at the deputy and then charged the deputy with a knife.
