Shooting and kidnapping suspect appears in court
The man police say is behind a string of shootings and a kidnapping went before a judge overnight. Eddison Noyola is accused of leading police on a trail of violence across parts of the Valley. Noyola is being held on a $1.5 million, cash-only bond because of the serious nature of the charges.
