Phoenix PD officer enters 'not guilty' plea to assaulting handcuffed suspect
Phoenix police officer Timothy Baiardi is accused of assaulting a handcuffed shoplifting suspect while he was working off-duty as a security guard at a Valley Walmart. Baiardi entered a plea of "not guilty" in court Thursday.
