Pension boss for AZ's police and firefighters fired for harassment

Jared Smout, who oversaw the people running the $10 billion pension fund for Arizona's police and firefighters, admitted to investigators he regularly watched a female staffer on in-house surveillance cameras for a few months, maybe longer. Smout said he had feelings for her. He was fired by the board Wednesday afternoon.
