Mom allegedly left 9-year-old son at Peoria McDonald's while she went to a casino
Stacy Rupp was arrested by police after a McDonald's employee in Peoria reported that her 9-year-old son had been dropped off and was playing in the play area unsupervised. Rupp's son told police that she had dropped him so she could go to a casino and then a friend's house, according to the police report. Rupp appeared in court where she was released to pre-trial services. The judge ruled she is allowed to have contact with her son.
