Man arrested for public sexual indecency at Starlight Park pool
21-year-old Alex Garner was arrested for two incidents where he allegedly touched himself while looking towards the public pool at Starlight Park in Phoenix. Court paperwork says that Garner also appeared to be recording either the lifeguards or pool goers, which included some minors. Garner was out on pre-trial services for a similar incident. His ankle monitor's GPS indicated he was in the park during both incidents.
