Gambling Peoria mom allegedly abandons son at McDonald's Play Place
Police say a Peoria mom dropped off her 9-year-old son at a McDonald's Play Place so she could go gamble. Stacy Rupp told police she left her son to go grocery shopping but later admitted that she went to a nearby casino to gamble.
