Amber Alert suspect in court, victim's family happy she's safe
A 17-year-old Idaho teen was kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend, 18-year-old Miguel Rodriguez-Perez. Both were found early Tuesday morning. The victim's family tells 12 News they are relieved she has been found safe.
