Hamilton suspect allegedly banned from Chandler Chick-Fil-A

A Chandler Police report details dozens and dozens of calls received by detectives sharing more details about the Hamilton High School football program.

CHANDLER, Ariz. - Offensive language and disruptive behavior are the reasons why a Chick-Fil-A employee in Chandler claims 17-year-old Nathaniel Thomas was banned from their restaurant location.

The employee called the police after news of the arrests of several Hamilton High School football players went public and Thomas' mugshot was released by the police.

"... Nate would make such a scene using offensive language and behaviors that it would disrupt the entire establishment," the report states. "Because of this, he was trespassed from the restaurant..."

The document goes on to detail claims from the employee that Thomas allegedly returned to the parking lot and stared at the employees in a "threatening manner" and eventually was banned from that area.

These latest details come from a 700-page report released by the Chandler Police Department nearly eight months after the initial allegations were made public.
