I was just thinking today that we're in a pretty good weather pattern for another couple months to work on your house.
You definitely want to start thinking about making repairs before the real heat arrives, and before the rain kicks in for the monsoon season.
Now's the time to make sure the top of your roof is cleaned.
If it's a tile roof or shingle, make sure that all the shingles and tiles are in good shape. If it's a flat roof, make sure that it's completely cleaned off and sealed well. Debris on top of your roof can corrode the coating the protects your roof when monsoon rains come pouring down.
Monsoon season starts June 15 but the rains usually don't start coming in until early July. So enjoy this weather but remember it's time to get things done before the summer rains move in.
