Man with suspended license causes crash in Ottawa County

The 23-year-old was cited for driving a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign, according to deputies.

OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. — A man with a suspended driver's license from Lowell caused a two-car crash Saturday in Crockery Township around 12:30 p.m that injured a 4-year-old girl, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office. 

The 23-year-old driver who caused the crash ran through a four-way stop sign at the intersection of 112th Avenue and Clevland Street. He hit another car that had a 4-year-old girl and a 9-year-old boy in it. The girl was taken to a local hospital with a head injury but is expected to be OK. 

The man who caused the crash had an 18-year-old and a 19-year-old woman in the car with him. There were no other injuries in this crash.
