An Arizona Coyotes player was arrested for trespassing at a Scottsdale nightclub earlier this month, according to police.
Coyotes RW Richard Panik refused to leave the entrance of Bevvy in Old Town April 8, the Scottsdale Police Department said. Officers arrested him for trespassing around 8:50 p.m.
Police said Panik appeared to be intoxicated. He was booked into Scottsdale City Jail and released on a citation.
The Coyotes acquired Panik from Chicago part of the way through this past season.
In 35 games for Arizona this season, Panik scored 8 goals and notched 11 assists.
