NCAA Final Four will return to Phoenix in 2024

This will be the Valley's second time hosting the March Madness tournament. In 2017, the tournament was played at the University of Phoenix Stadium and events were held in downtown Phoenix.

So nice the NCAA decided to do it twice! The 2024 NCAA Final Four will be played in Glendale.

The NCAA announced the tournament news Monday after representatives visited Phoenix last month to determine whether to award the city another Final Four.

The 2017 Final Four basketball games were played at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale. It was the first Final Four held in Arizona.

Other events were held in downtown Phoenix including the Final Four Fan Fest at the Phoenix Convention Center and the March Madness Music Festival at Margaret T. Hance Park featuring the likes of Keith Urban and Aerosmith.

The NCAA also announced the two tournament hosts following 2024 and the one preceding. Houston will host in 2023, the 2025 Final Four will be played in San Antonio and the 2026 one will be played in Indianapolis.
