PHOENIX — Former Sun Devils basketball player Kodi Justice and his wife are currently confined to their home in Italy due to coronavirus. Cameron Cox spoke to them Justice about their experience over the weekend.
Justice plays professional basketball in northern Italy.
"We were told by the government if we go outside with any other reasons than going to the pharmacy or the grocery store, then we can be arrested," Justice said. "Last week, they said we have to have a note where we're going now, so we have to get a note from our team saying we're going to the grocery store."
Justice talks about the grim reality of the death toll in Italy but also about ways Italians are working to stay positive.
